Home Builders Care Arizona is dedicated to building better communities through community service projects which benefit women, men and children who are trying to rebuild their lives. All monies raised through the organization go directly to charities, with administrative costs borne by the HBACA. Over the past two decades, Home Builders Care has donated money, materials and labor totaling more than $2 million to numerous Valley nonprofits including:

Current projects include the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) overlay to the "Many Hands Make a Home" exhibit at the Arizona Science Center, Workforce Development and the Rebuild Yarnell campaign which generated more than $30,000 to assist residents of Yarnell in rebuilding homes destroyed by the Yarnell Hill fire.
Funding for Home Builders Care comes from donations; grants and fundraising events augment in-kind assistance provided primarily by the members of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.
